Who We Are
I am a proud veteran and have lived in Adams County, Ohio nearly all my life and love the country living. I am married and we have five children. I have been in business since 2007 and do work in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. If you're in the process of building a new home, garage, pole barn, or maybe just doing an addition or remodel and need quality custom plans to submit to your builder and the county building department please give me a call and I'll help you get the plans needed for your project. I would like to sit down with you to find out exactly what you want in your new project to help design it for the way you want to live.

What We Can Do For You
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS/BUILDING PLANS
We will provide you with plans you can submit to the building department to acquire your permits and to give to your builder. We will also supply you with a pdf version you can email out to multiple contractors/builders for bids which can save you time and money. And if you need to you can print additional copies or we can do that as well.
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
We can get before and after pictures of your property that you can put on display. A great touch to your project and makes a nice focal piece to hang in your home!
